Pakistan International Circuit – Karachi

Circuit: Fictitious
Layout: Fictitious (designed by me) © 2021 AllAlongTheRacetrack

When was the track built?

Being one of the largest and most populous countries in the world and part of the emerging and growth-leading economies, Pakistan also managed to have a spot in the Middle East Continental Series.
Not having a permanent circuit, yet, a new one designed by me will be built in a massive empty lot in the northern area of the city, well served by trains and the airport.
Facilities will include four entertainment areas and a forest.

When was its first Grand Prix?

It will be the first ever race in this country.
It will have a secured spot in the F1 Middle East Continental Series.

What’s the circuit like?

The theme of this racetrack are fast long-radius corners and sudden high-speed change of directions, especially in the first two sectors, where there are still three good overtaking spots at turns 1, 13 and 20.
The final part favor cars with good traction, due to its twisty 90° corners and short straights; the last chicane is a point of interest as it offers opportunities for overtaking and counter-attacking in the following straight.

Where is it located?

In the Malir Cantonment, in the norther part of the City, close to the PAF Military Base and around 10km north of the airport. (24°57’30.1″N, 67°14’01.1″E)
