This is a street circuit located in the capital of Papua New Guinea, a modern city with wide streets, lots of green areas but also skyscrapers and spectacular traditional buildings.
The track has at least 3 long straights that offer great overtaking opportunities, and has some unexpected features, like the uniquely-shaped section T6-T9, the only slow bit, and the high-speed 180° hairpin at T11 followed by a sudden change of direction, which will become one of the highlights of this circuit.
Challenging to drive, with its many blind corners, it gives no margin for error with the barriers always very close.
